How Does the Delivery Process Work?
Once your order is confirmed, it undergoes a quality check.
After verification, the product is securely packed.
The order is then handed over to our trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, or self-delivery (where applicable).
If the delivery partner is unable to reach your address, they will contact you for successful delivery.
How Are Items Packaged?
We are committed to safe and reliable packaging:
- Orders are packed in strong and secure packaging materials
- Proper protection is used to avoid damage during transit
- We aim to use eco-friendly materials wherever possible
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:
- Registered email
- SMS / WhatsApp (if available)
You can also track your order using the “Track Order” page on our website.
Estimated Dispatch & Delivery Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days
- Delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on location
- Dispatch does not include Sundays and public holidays
During sale periods or high demand, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on product availability or warehouse location.
No extra shipping charges will be applied for multiple shipments.
Shipping Charges & Payment Mode
- Free shipping on orders above ₹299
- Shipping charges may apply on orders below ₹299 (based on location)
- We accept prepaid orders only (No Cash on Delivery)
- All payments are securely processed via Razorpay
